What types of dentists can you help me find? Does this include specialists?

Whatever you require! Our team helps with the recruitment of full-time, part-time, specialist and locum dental associates for our clients.

What if the associate leaves my practice shortly after being hired?

Heaps & Doyle is so confident in our screening and compatibility process that we offer a 6-month guarantee. If for any reason the associate leaves the practice, we will replace them at no additional fee.

Do you have existing candidates who may be suited to my position?

We do maintain a database of previous applicants. Since top candidates aren’t on the market for long, we typically advise clients to send out a new posting specific to their position.

How much do your recruiting services cost?

This can vary depending on the nature of your posting, location, market conditions, and a variety of other factors. Please call us to discuss your hiring plans and we will provide you with a detailed estimate.

Do I get a refund if no associate is found?

We are committed to continuing our search until an associate is found. However, if you choose to pause your search, we can stop the process. While the initial deposit is non-refundable, we can arrange to have it applied toward your next associate search.

How does it work?

We dedicate ourselves to finding the Perfect Fit. We ensure the associate has the right skillsets and requirements for your practice – and that their aspirations, career goals and working styles are a match for you and your office. We utilize Kolbe Assessments as part of an in-depth review process, to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We conduct all of the legwork, advertising, interviews, assessments, background and reference checks on your behalf. So that by the time they are in front of you, it can be as simple as a yes or a no.
